2 tbsp butter
1/2 cup Panko breadcrumbs
1 tsp old bay seasoning
Creamy Pickle Dip
1 cup sour cream
1 bar (8 oz) cream cheese room temperature
1 packet ranch dressing & seasoning mix
1 tbsp dill pickle juice
1 tsp lemon juice
1 cup chopped dill pickles
1 tbsp chopped fresh dill
Instructions
In a small skillet, melt the butter.
In a small bowl, mix together the Panko breadcrumbs and old bay seasoning. Add Panko mixture into the melted butter and stir until it’s coated.
Continue cooking while stirring until the mixture is golden brown. Remove from heat and set the pan aside to cool.
In a medium bowl, add the sour cream, cream cheese, ranch seasoning mix packet, pickle juice, and lemon juice. Mix with an electric hand mixer until combined
Stir in chopped pickles and fresh dill
Garnish with Panko crumbs, additional chopped dill pickles.
