This 6-ingredient creamy Spinach and Artichoke Orzo Bake with sausage is my kind of fall dinner! 🤍🍂 Just dump everything into a baking dish, pop it in the oven, and 40 minutes later you’ve got the creamiest, coziest one-pan meal.

Ingredients

    • 1 pound dry orzo pastas

    • 1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved

    • 2 cups baby spinach

    • 12 oz fully cooked chicken sausage, sliced

    • 3 cups chicken broth

    • 1 cup spinach & artichoke dip

    • Optional: ½ cup shredded mozzarella or parmesan for topping

Instructions

    • Preheat oven to 375°F.

    • In a 9×13 baking dish, add dry orzo, chicken broth, spinach & artichoke dip, cherry tomatoes, baby spinach, and sliced sausage.

    • Stir everything together so the pasta is coated and evenly mixed.

    • Cover tightly with foil and bake for 30 minutes.

    • Remove foil, stir, and sprinkle cheese on top (if using).

    • Bake uncovered for another 10–15 minutes, until orzo is tender and sauce is creamy.

    • Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
