Viral Spinach and Artichoke Orzo Bake
This 6-ingredient creamy Spinach and Artichoke Orzo Bake with sausage is my kind of fall dinner! 🤍🍂 Just dump everything into a baking dish, pop it in the oven, and 40 minutes later you’ve got the creamiest, coziest one-pan meal.
This is perfect for busy school nights when you want comfort food without the hassle.
Ingredients
- 1½ cups dry orzo pastas
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 cups baby spinach
- 12 oz fully cooked chicken sausage, sliced
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup spinach & artichoke dip (found mine at Trader Joes)
- Optional: ½ cup shredded mozzarella or parmesan for topping

Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a 9×13 baking dish, add dry orzo, chicken broth, spinach & artichoke dip, cherry tomatoes, baby spinach, and sliced sausage.
- Stir everything together so the pasta is coated and evenly mixed.
- Cover tightly with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove foil, stir, and sprinkle cheese on top (if using).
- Bake uncovered for another 10–15 minutes, until orzo is tender and sauce is creamy.
- Let rest 5 minutes before serving.

Can I Prep This in Advance?
To save time, you can wash the spinach and chop the sausage (optional) ahead of time.) Otherwise, this is a dish that is best served warm right out of the oven!

Storing Leftover Spinach and Artichoke Orzo Bake
If you have any leftovers, cover with Saran Wrap or foil and store in the refrigerator, where it should stay fresh fo several days. You can also transfer to a Tupperware container!
