2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
1/2 cup buffalo sauce
1 tbsp Dan-O’s Cheeseoning Seasoning
8 large flour tortillas (burrito size)
2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or Monterey Jack)
8 oz cream cheese, softened
Cooking spray or olive oil
Diced green onions (for garnish)
Instructions
Preheat Oven: Preheat to 400°F (200°C).
Prepare Mixture: In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, Dan-O’s Seasoning, and cream cheese.
Assemble: Place 6 tortillas around the edges of a sheet pan, hanging over the sides. Place 1 tortilla in the center. Spread the chicken mixture and sprinkle shredded cheese on top. Add one more tortilla.
Fold and Bake: Fold overhanging tortillas to seal. Lightly coat the top layer with cooking spray or Olive Oil.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.
Serve: Let cool, slice, and garnish with green onions. Enjoy!
