Amazing Buffalo Chicken Sheet Pan Quesadillas

Game Day just got a whole lot tastier with these easy, extra cheesy Buffalo Chicken Sheet Pan Quesadillas! 🏈This is also my new go-to recipe for feeding a crowd or a quick weeknight meal.

Ingredients

    • 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken

    • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce

    • 1 tbsp Dan-O’s Cheeseoning Seasoning

    • 8 large flour tortillas (burrito size)

    • 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or Monterey Jack)

    • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

    • Cooking spray or olive oil

    • Diced green onions (for garnish)

Instructions

    1. Preheat Oven: Preheat to 400°F (200°C).
    2. Prepare Mixture: In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, Dan-O’s Seasoning, and cream cheese.
    3. Assemble: Place 6 tortillas around the edges of a sheet pan, hanging over the sides. Place 1 tortilla in the center. Spread the chicken mixture and sprinkle shredded cheese on top. Add one more tortilla.
    4. Fold and Bake: Fold overhanging tortillas to seal. Lightly coat the top layer with cooking spray or Olive Oil.
    5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.
    6. Serve: Let cool, slice, and garnish with green onions. Enjoy!
