Notes

  • Bread Choice: King’s Hawaiian rolls add a unique sweetness that pairs perfectly with pumpkin spice. You can swap with other dinner rolls, but the flavor won’t be the same.

  • Make Ahead: Assemble the rolls the night before, cover, and refrigerate. Bake fresh in the morning for easy holiday prep.

  • Extra Gooey Tip: Drizzle 2–3 Tbsp heavy cream over the rolls before baking for a richer, softer texture.

  • Storage: Keep leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the microwave for 10–15 seconds to enjoy warm again.

  • Frosting Options: For a lighter topping, skip the cream cheese frosting and drizzle a simple powdered sugar glaze instead.

  • Flavor Variations: Add chopped pecans, walnuts, or a drizzle of caramel sauce on top for extra fall flavor.
