Transform Thanksgiving leftovers into cranberry, brie, and turkey sliders in no time! This is such a delicious flavor combination that can also be enjoyed year-round.

Ingredients

Scale
  • One package of Hawaiian rolls
  • One stick butter (you can also substitute margarine if desired)
  • One onion, finely chopped
  • Two tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
  • Four tablespoons Dijon Mustard
  • 3 teaspoons poppy seeds
  • 3/4 cup Cranberry Sauce (I bought pre-made sauce)
  • 1/2 pound sliced turkey
  • 6 oz spreadable brie cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Melt butter or margarine in a skillet. Add chopped onions and cook for five minutes.
  • Add Worcestershire sauce, Dijon Mustard, and poppy seeds to skillet. Stir and cook for about 10 more minutes, or until the onions are soft.
  • Lightly grease 9 x 13 baking dish.
  • Slice Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally. (I like to do this all at once before they are separated.) Place the bottom half in the baking dish.
  • Brush 3/4 of the onion/Worcestershire sauce/Dijon Mustard/poppy seed mix onto the bottom half of the Hawaiian rolls.
  • Top rolls with turkey, cranberry sauce, and spreadable brie cheese.
  • Add the top half of the Hawaiian rolls to the baking dish.
  • Brush the remaining onion/Worcestershire sauce/Dijon Mustard/poppy seed mix on top of the rolls.
  • Cover baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 15-20 minutes.

Notes

Substitutions: You can definitely swap out the turkey for chicken or ham. For a vegetarian option, you can skip the meat altogether. There are so many flavors already that it will still be delicious!
