Let’s kick summer up a notch with my Aperol Ice Cream Float! It’s like a party in a glass – creamy, citrusy, and oh-so-refreshing. Who’s ready to scoop up some fun?

Ingredients

Scale

    • Aperol Float (makes 2)

    • 1 pint vanilla ice cream

    • 2 ounces bitter orange liqueur (Aperol)

    • 12 ounces Olipop orange crush (can also use sugar-free)

    • Orange slices for garnish

Instructions

    • Scoop ice cream into 2 glasses.

    • Pour 1 oz of Aperol into each glass over ice cream.

    • Finish by pouring 6 oz of soda into each glass until foam reaches the top.

    • Garnish with fresh orange slice
