  • 1 (12-count) pkg KING’S HAWAIIAN Sweet Rolls, cubed
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 ½ cups milk
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp lemon zest
  • 1 ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp nutmeg 2 tbsp confectioners’ sugar

Crumb Topping:

  • ¼ cup flour
  • ¼ cup brown sugar, packed
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter, cubed

Instructions

    • Coat a 9×13 dish with nonstick spray.

    • Layer ⅓ of bread, then ⅓ of blueberries.

    • Repeat twice, ending with bread.

    • In a bowl, whisk milk, eggs, syrup, zest, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Pour over bread.

    • Refrigerate 2+ hours or overnight.

    • Preheat oven to 350°F. Let dish stand 30 min.

    • Mix flour, brown sugar, and cinnamon; cut in butter until crumbs form.

    • Sprinkle over bread. Bake 35-45 min. Serve warm.
