Ingredients

  • 1 Croissants
  • 1 Cream Cheese
  • 1 Blueberry Pie Filling or Preserves
  • Optional: Powdered sugar for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°.
  • Slice croissants.
  • Mix cream cheese filling.
  • Fill croissants with cream cheese + blueberries.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes, until golden and warmed through.
  • Optional: dust with powdered sugar.

Notes

Storage: 
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2-3 days. Reheat wrapped in foil in the oven until warm. This will give them the best texture.
  • We don't recommend freezing these croissants once assembled, as the texture can change once frozen and thawed. They're best enjoyed fresh!
  • These are great to prep in advance - assemble the croissants and filling ahead of time then bake whenever you're ready.
