Notes
Storage:Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 to 3 days. This should stay fresh in the fridge for about 2-3 days. We like to reheat in the microwave, oven, air fryer, or just eat the leftovers cold! You can assemble the quesadilla in advance and keep it in the fridge covered with plastic wrap for a few hours before popping it into the oven to bake.
