Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 2 teaspoons Greek seasoning
  • 4 6-inch flour tortillas
  • 1 10–12 ounce Caesar salad kit
  • ½ cup croutons from salad kit, reserved for topping

Instructions

  • Lay the flour tortillas flat and press about ¼ pound of the seasoned ground chicken evenly onto one side of each tortilla, spreading it thin to the edges.
  • Generously season the ground chicken with greek seasoning.
  • Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Place each tortilla chicken-side down in the hot skillet. Cook for about 3 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked and develops a golden crust.
  • Flip the tortilla and cook for about 30–60 seconds to warm and lightly crisp the tortilla side. Remove from skillet.
  • While the tacos cook, prepare the Caesar salad kit in a bowl according to package directions, reserving the croutons.
  • Top each cooked chicken tortilla with the Caesar salad mixture.
  • Sprinkle with the reserved croutons and any optional toppings. Serve immediately.

Notes

Spread the chicken thin for even cooking and maximum crispiness.
Do not add the salad until just before serving to keep the tortilla crisp.
A griddle may be used instead of a skillet if cooking multiple tacos at once.
