Easter Mimosas
These Easter Mimosas are a festive and easy Easter brunch cocktail made with Champagne or Prosecco and carrot-inspired orange juice ice cubes for a beautiful spring presentation.

1 bottle Champagne or Prosecco 750 ml 2 cups orange juice 1 –2 fresh oranges sliced thin 1 lime sliced thin (or fresh mint leaves) Ice cube tray
Slice oranges into narrow strips.
Place orange strips into ice cube tray cavities.
Add lime slices or mint to create carrot tops.
Fill cavities with orange juice.
Freeze 2–3 hours until solid.
Place frozen cubes into glasses.
Pour chilled Champagne over cubes.
Garnish and serve immediately.
