Garlic Parmesan Chicken Skewers

These irresistible Garlic Parmesan Chicken Skewers are quick and easy to make in about 30 minutes, full of herby, garlicky flavor and perfect for weeknight dinners and entertaining.

Ingredients

For The Chicken:

  • 2 lbs chicken tenders
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Garlic Parmesan Butter Sauce:

  • 1 stick butter
  • 8-10 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan grated
  • 1 tbsp hot sauce
  • 2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/3 cup parsley minced
  • 1 tbsp ranch seasoning
  • 1 tsp dill
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder

Chicken Seasoning:

  • 1.5 tbsp ranch seasoning
  • 1 tsp dill
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Instructions

  • Toss chicken in olive oil and chicken seasonings.
  • Make sauce: melt butter, add garlic, Parmesan, hot sauce, red pepper flakes, parsley, ranch seasoning, dill, and onion powder. Simmer.
  • Preheat grill to medium-high. Thread chicken onto skewers.
  • Grill 10-15 mins, turning occasionally, until cooked through (165°F).
  • Brush with garlic Parmesan butter sauce during last minutes of grilling. Serve with extra sauce. Enjoy!

Notes

Storage:
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days. Feel free to remove the chicken from the skewers for ease. To reheat, microwave in 30-second intervals until preferred heat is reached.
  • Freeze leftover cooked skewers: store in an airtight container for up to 3 months. Thaw in the fridge overnight before you're ready to enjoy, then reheat in the oven or air fryer until warmed through and the outside crisps up.
