  • 1 ½ cups heavy whipping cream
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

For the Filling

  • 6 strawberries thinly sliced

For the Topping

Instructions

Prepare the Puff Pastry

  • Preheat oven to 400°F. Roll out thawed puff pastry sheets on a lightly floured surface and cut into bunny shapes using a cookie cutter or knife.

Apply Egg Wash

  • Whisk the egg and brush a light layer over each bunny to help them turn golden brown while baking.

Bake

  • Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 12–15 minutes, or until puffed and golden. Remove and let cool completely.

Make the Whipped Cream

  • In a large bowl, beat heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until soft peaks form. Do not overmix.

Prepare the Strawberries

  • Thinly slice the strawberries. Optional: lightly toss with a small sprinkle of sugar and let sit for 5–10 minutes to enhance their natural sweetness.

Assemble the Bunnies

  • Slice each bunny in half. On the bottom layer, Pipe or spoon whipped cream on top, then layer with sliced strawberries. Add top layer of bunny.

Finish

  • Dust with sifted powdered sugar before serving.
