Summertime sizzle meets sweet sophistication with these Bourbon Sea Salt Caramel S’mores Cookie Bars! 🔥🍫✨ These are perfect for indulging in any time of year, especially summer nights.

Ingredients

    • 16½ ounce Tube of refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough

    • 1/2 cup Dark Chocolate Bourbon Sea Salt Caramels (cut in pieces); divided

    • 8 graham crackers

    • 1/2 cup mini marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350℉. Spray a 9×13 pan with nonstick cooking spray or use parchment paper.
  2. Place graham squares in the pan so they cover the bottom. Scatter mini marshmallows and 1/4 cup Dark Chocolate Bourbon Sea Salt Caramels on top.
  3. In scoops, place refrigerated cookie dough on top and press down to fill the entire pan.
  4. Bake at 350℉ for 14-20 minutes or until top is a light golden brown and marshmallows are lightly toasted. Do not overbake or your bars will not be soft and chewy.
  5. Immediately after baking, press on Sanders Dark Chocolate Bourbon Sea Salt Caramels. Enjoy!
