Ingredients

- 1/2 cup Dark Chocolate Bourbon Sea Salt Caramels (cut in pieces); divided
- 8 graham crackers
- 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
Sanders Candy has so many chocolate options to elevate your summer dessert game! I chose the Dark Chocolate Bourbon Sea Salt Caramels that contain layers of decadent dark chocolate, bourbon-infused caramel, and a sprinkle of sea salt!
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350℉. Spray a 9×13 pan with nonstick cooking spray or use parchment paper.
- Place graham squares in the pan so they cover the bottom. Scatter mini marshmallows and 1/4 cup Dark Chocolate Bourbon Sea Salt Caramels on top.
- In scoops, place refrigerated cookie dough on top and press down to fill the entire pan.
- Bake at 350℉ for 14-20 minutes or until top is a light golden brown and marshmallows are lightly toasted. Do not overbake or your bars will not be soft and chewy.
- Immediately after baking, press on Sanders Dark Chocolate Bourbon Sea Salt Caramels. Enjoy!
Here’s a Quick Video Tutorial!
Perfect Presentation Platters
These S’mores Cookie Bars can be served on just about anything, from cake stands to wooden food boards and so much in-between. Here are some of my favorites!
Cake Stands: For a great option with a lid, this wood and metal option is gorgeous! This wooden stand from Walmart is super clean and modern looking. I also love this marble and acacia cake stand!
White Serving Platters: I love this set of two white porcelain platters, which I use all the time! You could also go with this large white porcelain platter or this faux white marble tray from Walmart is also a great choice!
Wooden Serving Boards: I use wooden boards just about every day in my kitchen, from decor to cutting boards to serving platters! This checkered board is from this recipe MacKenzie Childs is my usual go-to, which you can find here. Some other favorites are this version from Pottery Barn, this option from Kirklands, or this raised trivet from Target. I also love this set of 3 from Antique Farmhouse. I also use this circular wooden serving board all the time from Target that I’d highly recommend.
Kitchen Links: I get asked all the time about the products in the background of my kitchen. Much of it is from MacKenzie-Childs, which I have slowly grown a collection of over the years! My favorites are this checkered chopping board, my black and white checkered teapot, and the gray and white checkered utensil holder. I also have this enamel canister that you can find in small, medium, or large.
Can I Prep These in Advance?
These S’mores Cookie Bars can definitely be all prepped and stored in the fridge for several hours before you bake them! (Just cover tightly with Saran Wrap.) You can also bake in advance and serve at room temperature if preferred.
Storing Leftover Sea Salt Caramel S’more Cookie Bars
Store any leftovers at room temp in a Ziploc Bag, Tupperware container, or cover with Saran Wrap, where they should stay fresh for several day! (Although they are so tasty that I doubt they will last that long.) 😉
Enjoy!
