16 oz rotini pasta
22 oz Alfredo sauce
3 cups chicken stock
2 cups diced/shredded rotisserie chicken
2 tsp minced garlic
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Optional: Parmesan cheese, fresh herbs (such as parsley or basil)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Pour uncooked pasta, Alfredo sauce, chicken stock, chicken, and garlic directly into a 9×13-inch baking dish. Stir to combine.
Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil, stir the mixture, and sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the top.
Bake uncovered for an additional 15-20 minutes, until the pasta is tender and the cheese is bubbly and golden.
Optional: Garnish with Parmesan and fresh herbs (such as parsley or garlic.)
