Wake up to some delicious holiday magic and an overnight French toast casserole with Cinnamon Crunch Topping!
French Toast Casserole:

- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

- 1/2 tsp cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt
Cinnamon Crunch Topping:

- Grease a 9×13 dish and arrange cubed brioche.

- Whisk eggs, half & half, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Pour over bread and press down. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

- For topping, melt butter, brown sugar, corn syrup, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a saucepan. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.

- Preheat oven to 350°F. Pour topping over casserole and bake 45-50 minutes until golden and set.
