Bringing a little extra fun to Easter morning with a DIY Mimosa Brunch Board! 🥂Fresh juices, seasonal fruit, and flaky pastries make for an easy yet festive spread.

Ingredients
Juice: I used an assortment of orange, grapefruit, peach, and cranberry juices
Champagne or Prosecco for mimosas
Fruit: I used strawberries and blueberries, as well as pineapple, watermelon, and cantaloupe in Easter shapes using cookie cutters!
Sweets: Mini cinnamon rolls, muffins, or croissants add a sweet treat. Our French Toast Muffin recipe would be the perfect addition!
Optional Tip: You can use toothpicks with Easter shapes for extra decoration, in addition to paper bunny cutouts tied with ribbons for labels, such as on the juice carafes (linked below!)

Begin with a large board or surface area (the counter works, great too!)
