How to Make a Mimosa Brunch Board for Easter!
Bringing a little extra fun to Easter morning with a DIY Mimosa Brunch Board! 🥂Fresh juices, seasonal fruit, and flaky pastries make for an easy yet festive spread.

I’m using @VanityFairNapkins Entertain Napkins to keep things simple and stylish—they have a cloth-like feel, 3-ply strength, and perfectly add just the right touch of elegance.

Ingredients
- Juice: I used an assortment of orange, grapefruit, peach, and cranberry juices
- Champagne or Prosecco for mimosas
- Fruit: I used strawberries and blueberries, as well as pineapple, watermelon, and cantaloupe in Easter shapes using cookie cutters!
- Sweets: Mini cinnamon rolls, muffins, or croissants add a sweet treat. Our French Toast Muffin recipe would be the perfect addition!
- Optional Tip: You can use toothpicks with Easter shapes for extra decoration, in addition to paper bunny cutouts tied with ribbons for labels, such as on the juice carafes (linked below!)

Directions
Food Boards like this Mimosa Bar look fantastic so many different ways! Here are my favorite no-stress tips:
- Begin with a large board or surface area (the counter works, great too!)
- Start with the larger items in the back, like the Easter basket and juice carafes.
- Arrange glasses next.
- Fill in with garnishes and decorations.
- Enjoy!

Here’s a Quick Video Tutorial!
Perfect Presentation Platters
You can set up this Mimosa Bar right on a counter or table, or on a serving tray! I linked my favorite Vanity Fair napkins here, as well as some of my other favorites:
Large Serving Boards: If you’d like a rectangular tray similar to mine, this wooden version from Target is great, as well as this beautiful choice from Etsy.
Easter Baskets: I used this Woven Bunny Basket from Crate & Barrel ($35) that also comes in white! Or, I love this sweet similar Bunny Basket from Walmart for only $8. .
Coupe Glasses: I used these colorful coupe glasses! They are on sale for $50 for a set of six. There are so many other great deals on coupe glasses, like these with a Gold Rim from World Market: for $7 each or this Target 4-Pack for $25.
Carafes, Glasses, and Fruit Bowls: How cute are these carafes that you can use for juice? I also love these champagne glasses from Amazon and these adorable bowls to hold garnishes.

Kitchen Links: I get asked all the time about the products in the background of my kitchen. Much of it is from MacKenzie-Childs, which I have slowly grown a collection of over the years! My favorites are this checkered chopping board, my black and white checkered teapot, and the gray and white checkered utensil holder. I also have this enamel canister that you can find in small, medium, or large.
Can I Prep This in Advance?
Absolutely! You can wash and cut the fruit ahead of time, as well as bake (or buy!) the sweet treats. Just store the fruit in a Tupperware container and refrigerate, where it should stay fresh for 2-3 days.

Storing Leftovers
Any leftover juice can carefully be transferred back to their original packaging and stored in the fridge. Fruit should be refrigerated in Tupperware containers or Ziploc bags, while any baked goods can be stored in Ziploc bags at room temperature.
