You’ll Love These 3-Ingredient Santa Cheesecake Cups!
These Sugar Cookie Santa Cheesecake Cups are the easiest (and cutest!) holiday dessert you’ll ever make! 🎅🏼🍓 With just 3 simple ingredients, they’re perfect for your next holiday party. Sweet, festive, and oh-so-delicious – no baking skills required!

Ingredients & Supplies
You only need 3 ingredients for these Santa Cheesecake Cups!
- Pillsbury Sugar Cookie Dough (I prefer the break-and-bake kind)
- Philadelphia No Bake Cheesecake Mix
- Strawberries
- Mini Muffin Silicone Baking Dish
- Optional but helpful: Piping bag

Directions
- Place 1 sugar cookie cube in the mini-muffin silicone baking dish. (If you don’t have a mini muffin pan, you can combine two cookies into a regular-size muffin tray.
- Using the back of an ice-cream scooper, press down on the cookie dough to make a shell. Set ice-cream scooper aside to use again.
- Bake cookies following the directions on the dough (usually about 13 minutes on 350 degrees.)
- While the dough is still hot, use the ice-cream scooper again to make a shell-shape (since the dough will rise slightly while baking.) Let cool.
- Wash strawberries and cut off top leaf.
- Using a piping bag, fill sugar cookie shells with No-Bake Cheesecake frosting.
- Top with upside-down strawberry for Santa’s hat, then an extra dot of Cheesecake frosting on top of the strawberry for the top of Santa’s hat. Enjoy!

Perfect Presentation Platters
You can place these cute Santa Cheesecake Cups on a variety of plates, cake stands, or serving boards! Here are some of my favorites:
Cake Stands: I used this MacKenzie-Childs Cake Stand, which also comes in blue or a floral pattern! Her collection is definitely an investment that I’ve slowly built over time, but it makes amazing gifts and the quality is unmatched. For a more budget-friendly option, I also love this marble and acacia cake stand or this wood and metal option. (both from Target.)
Holiday Platters: For a festive option, we love this Christmas Tree Wooden Serving Board or this Sleigh Charcuterie Board (both from World Market!)
Individual Holiday Plates: You can’t go wrong with these adorable Plaid Plates from Target or these charming Nutcracker Plates from TJ Maxx, both for a great price!

Holiday Links: I get asked all the time about my favorite kitchen decor for the holidays, so I linked my favorites for you!
- The illuminated Christmas Village Cookie Jar is from Mac-Kenzie Childs. For a less-expensive option, I also love her Gingerbread House Cookie Jar.
- For another adorable cookie jar, I also adore this Gingerbread House and Gingerbread Man Platter (both from Pottery Barn.)
- The Nutcracker Cookie Jar is from Mac-Kenzie-Childs (and makes a great gift!) My checkered rug is also MacKenzie-Childs.
- I also love my Candle Warming Lamp for jar candles as a flameless option for scented candles!
- If you’re looking for a Christmas sign, I love my adorable red Santa’s Bakery sign from Etsy!
Can I Prep These Santa Cheesecake Cups in Advance?
Yes! You can definitely bake the cookies ahead of time (up to two days in advance.) You can also prepare the entire dessert and refrigerate a few hours before serving time (We’d recommend waiting to add the piping to the top of the hat until right before serving time to ensure it stays neat and tidy.)

Storing Leftovers
Keep any leftovers in the refrigerator, where they should stay fresh for several days!
Enjoy!
