You’ll Love This Boozy Pineapple Hack!
This Boozy Pineapple is a fun summer treat! I soaked it in tequila, but I am going to try it with Malibu rum next!

Whether or not you soak these in alcohol for an adult treat, this is the easiest way to cut a pineapple! I’ll never cut a pineapple other than this way ever again! 🙂

Ingredients
- 2 cups chopped ripe fresh pineapple
- 2 cups tequila (or any preferred alcohol, such as Malibu rum.)

Directions
- Combine the pineapple and tequila in a jar or plastic container. Cover the jar and chill for 4 hours or up to 3 days.
- Strain the liquid from the jar and reserve for making cocktails. Serve the chopped pineapple chilled with a sprinkle of Tajin.

Perfect Presentation Platters
You could serve these Boozy Pineapple Bites on just about anything! Here are some of our favorite platters!
White Serving Platters: For some lookalike platters, you could go with this set of two white porcelain platters, which can be used year-round for so many different occasions. I also love this large white porcelain platter from Walmart that I use all the time, as well as this marble tray for an amazing price!! For another all-white option, this white marble pastry board from World Market is my favorite!
Checkered Serving Boards: I used my Mackenzie-Childs check-chop board for both function and decor, which also comes in large. These are definitely investment pieces, but you can also check out a $30 version from Amazon or this version from Temu for under $25!

Kitchen Links: I get asked all the time about the products in the background of my kitchen. Much of it is from MacKenzie-Childs, which I have slowly grown a collection of over the years! My favorites are my black and white checkered teapot, and the gray and white checkered utensil holder. I also have this enamel canister that you can find in small, medium, or large.
Can I Prep This in Advance?
Yes! If you’re making Boozy Pineapple slices, they should soak for at least 4 hours or up to 3 days. We wouldn’t recommend longer than that or else they could get soggy.

Storing Leftover Boozy Pineapple
Store any leftovers in a Tupperware container or Ziploc Bag and refrigerate. ***Be sure to safely store away any Boozy Pineapple Bites away from kids who might mistake it for regular fruit.***
