Handmade House Cleaners: 4 Chemical Free Solutions

Sharing is caring!

I have been trying to find ways to limit the use of chemicals in our home the past year and one of the easiest so far has been to make my own handmade house cleaners. These easy to follow cleaning recipes take just a few ingredients and are much cheaper then the store bought brands. I also love that I know exactly what goes into them!

There are so many reasons to make your own handmade house cleaners. It’s safer, it lessens your chemical exposure, it’s better for the environment, and it’s SO easy and actually fun to do. AND its much much cheaper!! Why wouldn’t you make your own cleaning products?!

I also add essential oils to all my house cleaners to make them smell amazing. My favorite oils to add are lavender, eucalyptus, lemon, peppermint, tea tree and orange. You can buy oils almost anywhere now but I have linked a few of my favorite ones from amazon here.
