    • 8 oz sour cream

    • 8 oz cottage cheese

    • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

    • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided

    • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled (reserve some for garnish)

    • 1/4 cup chopped chives (reserve some for garnish)

    • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

    • 1/2 tsp onion powder

    • 1/2 tsp black pepper

    • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

    • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

    • In a bowl, mix sour cream, cottage cheese, and cream cheese until smooth.

    • Stir in 1 ½ cups cheddar, bacon, chives, and seasonings.

    • Spread into a greased baking dish and top with remaining cheese.

    • Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly.

    • Garnish with bacon and chives.

    • Serve warm with crackers, chips, veggies, fries, or potato wedges.
