8 oz sour cream
8 oz cottage cheese
8 oz cream cheese, softened
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled (reserve some for garnish)
1/4 cup chopped chives (reserve some for garnish)
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a bowl, mix sour cream, cottage cheese, and cream cheese until smooth.
Stir in 1 ½ cups cheddar, bacon, chives, and seasonings.
Spread into a greased baking dish and top with remaining cheese.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly.
Garnish with bacon and chives.
Serve warm with crackers, chips, veggies, fries, or potato wedges.
