How to Make a Light, No-Bake Cherry Cheesecake
🍓No-bake berry cheesecake… but make it lighter 💁♀️This dreamy layered dessert is made with whole graham crackers, a creamy cheesecake filling, and fresh summer berries — no oven, no fuss, and no guilt 🙌

I used @truvia Sweet Complete Granulated in the cheesecake layer and it tasted just like the real thing.
Heres why I love Truvia Sweet Complete® Granulated:
✨ Zero calories per serving
✨ Bakes, browns, and sweetens just like sugar
✨ Made with a delicious blend of stevia leaf extract, chicory root fiber, and erythritol
✨ No conversions — just swap it in exactly as your recipe calls for (by the pinch, tablespoon, or cup)
With Truvia, I can still enjoy all my favorite treats — just with less sugar 💚 And yes, this also means I’ll be using it in cookies, cakes, smoothies, and even my morning coffee. ☕️
📦 P.S. The 16oz bag fits perfectly in your pantry — and trust me, you’ll reach for it more than you think.

Perfect Presentation Platters
You don’t need a fancy serving platter because this looks oh-so-cute in a regular baking dish! For amazing patriotic goodies and deals, my Amazon storefront has anything and everything you could use for the Fourth of July, Memorial Day, etc.

Kitchen Links: I get asked all the time about the products in the background of my kitchen. Much of it is from MacKenzie-Childs, which I have slowly grown a collection of over the years! My favorites are my black and white checkered teapot, and the gray and white checkered utensil holder. I also have this enamel canister that you can find in small, medium, or large.
Can I Prep This No-Bake Cherry Cheesecake in Advance?
Yes! Since this recipe needs at least 6 hours to chill, (overnight is great too!) this is the perfect dish to create the day before to take one thing off your plate.

Storing Leftovers
If you have any leftover No-Bake Cherry Cheesecake, cover the dish tightly with Saran Wrap or Aluminum foil and refrigerate, where it should stay fresh for several days. You can also transfer to a smaller Tupperware container and refrigerate.
