How to Make Big Mac Pretzel Sliders
These mouth-watering Big Mac Pretzel Sliders are easy and delicious for meals, appetizers, or parties! I made these on Pretzel buns because they are my favorite but you can also use Kings Hawaiian Sweet Rolls, too!!

You don’t need to go to McDonald’s to get that Bic Mac taste! These are always such a hit for both kids and adults!

Ingredients
- 2 packages of 9 pretzel Rolls (You can also use Hawaiian rolls!)
- 2 lbs of Ground Beef or Ground Turkey
- 1 Small Yellow Onion, Minced
- 14 Slices of cheddar Cheese
- 2 Cups of Shredded Lettuce
- 12 to 15 Hamburger Dill Pickles
- 1/3 C of Thousand Island Dressing or (You can also use a light version)
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoon of Garlic Powder (or to taste)
- 2 Tablespoons of Minced Onion (or to taste)

The meat mixture should be slightly larger than the size of the pretzel rolls.

Directions
- Combine ground beef, minced onion, salt, pepper, garlic powder and eggs. Place bottom half of dinner rolls on a baking sheet in two groups (about 9 rolls in reach group.)
- Divide mixture in half and form two rectangles that are a little bit bigger than the dinner rolls on a baking sheet.
- Bake at 350 degrees for about 15-20 minutes until meat is cooked.
- Spoon two tablespoons of thousand island dressing on bottoms of buns.
- Blot any extra grease off with a paper towel & place the meat patties on top of buns. Drizzle Thousand Island on top.
- Place cheese on top of the meat patties. Put tray back in the oven until cheese is melted.
- Remove from oven and add minced onion, pickles, & lettuce. Top with buns.

Here’s a Quick Video Tutorial!
Perfect Presentation Platters
These Big Mac Pretzel Sliders can be served on pretty much anything, including the baking sheet! Here are some of my other favorite recommendations:
Wooden Serving Board: If you’re looking to add to a collection, Antique Hardware has this set of 3 that I get so much use out of. For a larger option, this large wooden platter from Target is so cute, especially the double handles. I also use this rectangular tray all the time. (Both at a great price!)
Round Trays: If you’d prefer a round tray, I’d recommend this round wooden Target tray, which I get so much use out of year-round! For a higher-end round tray, I love my MacKenzie-Childs checkered party tray.
Kitchen Links: I get asked all the time about the products in the background of my kitchen. Much of it is from MacKenzie-Childs, which I have slowly grown a collection of over the years! My favorites are this checkered chopping board that I used for this recipe, my black and white checkered teapot, and the gray and white checkered utensil holder. I also have this enamel canister that you can find in small, medium, or large.

Can I Make These Ahead of Time?
You can absolutely prep the seasoning mixture for the meat in advance and even cook the meat a few hours ahead of time. (Just cover and keep refrigerated. However, I’d recommend waiting until 20-30 minutes before serving time before the final step of melting the cheese in the oven so that the burgers are nice and warm.

Storing Leftover Big Mac Pretzel Sliders
If you have any leftovers, you can store them in a Tupperware container and refrigerate, where they should stay fresh for 2-3 days.

Enjoy!
