How to Make an Amazing 4-Ingredient Chicken Caesar Bake!
This Chicken Caesar Bake is a delicious, fresh, and flavorful meal that can be served on its own, over a salad, or in a wrap! The leftovers are just as tasty – although I doubt it will last that long! 😉
Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup creamy Caesar dressing (I used Boathouse.) You can also use a light option!
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, finely grated
- 2 tablespoons coarsely chopped parsley
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 400ºF.
- Pound 4 boneless, skinless to an even 1/2-inch thickness.
- Pour 1 cup creamy Caesar dressing in a baking dish large enough to fit the chicken in a single layer. Place the chicken breasts in the baking dish, then flip them so that they are evenly coated with dressing.
- Bake until the chicken is golden-brown and cooked through (about 20 to 25 minutes.)
- Heat the broiler to high. Remove the baking dish from the oven. Sprinkle the Parmesan over the chicken in an even layer.
- Broil until the cheese is melted and lightly browned, 3 to 4 minutes. If you don’t have a broiler don’t worry, you can just bake until cheese is melted!
- Serve the chicken garnished with the parsley if using.

Perfect Presentation Platters
If you’re serving this Chicken Caesar Bake for company, here are some of my favorites:
- White Platters: This Oval Serving Platter with Handles is perfect for so many occasions! I also love this Classic Rectangular Platter and use it all the time, or you can also get this similar Rectangular Platters in a Set of Two for a great deal!
- Wooden Serving Boards: How cute is this Wooden Serving Board, which is great for decor, food prep, and serving! Amazon also has this adorable Wooden Pizza Board that you can use for so many things. This Acacia Wooden Serving Board is also beautiful!
- Kitchen Links: I get asked all the time about the products in the background of my kitchen. Much of it is from MacKenzie-Childs, which I have slowly grown a collection of over the years! My favorites are my black and white checkered teapot, and the gray and white checkered utensil holder. I also have this enamel canister that you can find in small, medium, or large.
Can I Prep This Chicken Caesar Bake Ahead of Time?
Yes! I love to prep everything during the day before the kids get home from school. Once the chicken is ready, I just cover with Saran Wrap and place in the refrigerator until I’m ready to bake it. You can do this 1-2 days ahead of time.
If you’re meal prepping, you can freeze for up to a month! I’d recommend storing in an airtight Ziploc Bag before freezing.
Storing Leftovers
Place any leftover Chicken Caesar Bake in a Ziploc Bar or Tupperware container and keep in the fridge, where it should stay fresh for 2-3 days. This is also delicious over a salad or sandwich the next day!
Enjoy!
I hope this Chicken Caesar Bake helps to simplify your weekday meals or spice up your usual meal rotation!
