Sugar Cookie Fudge (No-Bake)

If you love sugar cookies, then you will absolutely adore this Sugar Cookie Fudge! All you need is 6 simple ingredients and fun sprinkles to decorate. Forget the oven, these bars require no baking for the ultimate holiday treat!

My daughter loves this Sugar Cookie Fudge! It’s easy for her to help me in the kitchen with this easy sweet recipe since it’s no-bake and quick to stir together. The classic sugar cookie fudge recipe has only 3 ingredients, but I like to make mine a little bit gourmet by adding butter, vanilla extract, and almond extract for the most addicting, bakery-quality flavor.

Traditional fudge recipes are very difficult to make and usually require a candy thermometer. Not this foolproof fudge using sugar cookie mix. It’s as simple as can be. Gift it this holiday season and we guarantee your friends and family will be asking you for the recipe. Be sure to also try our Christmas Crack Check Mix and Mini Santa Cheesecakes.

Why You’ll Love this Recipe

  • 6-ingredient dessert. The holidays are the busiest time of the year and when you don’t have time for making an elaborate dessert, make this sugar cookie fudge! It uses minimal ingredients and only takes 10 minutes to assemble before chilling.
  • The perfect make ahead party treat. Make this up to 2 days in advance for any party or gathering and everyone will be so impressed.
  • No oven required! We love when we can give our oven a break. This fudge only uses the stove and the fridge, making it a no-fuss sweet.

Leanna’s Tip: Be sure to line your baking dish with parchment paper and lightly grease with cooking spray for easy slicing and serving of the sugar cookie fudge. It easily sticks to the baking dish if you don’t prep the dish correctly.

Ingredients

  • Sugar cookie mix: I like the Betty Crocker sugar cookie mix best.
  • Sweetened condensed milk: Adds nice sweet and creamy flavor plus is essential to making that fudgy texture.
  • Salted butter: Helps to bind everything together and add richness.
  • Vanilla extract: Adds floral and caramel notes, plus heightens the vanilla flavor of the sugar cookie mix.
  • Almond extract: A little drop adds that sweet almond flavor that’s so delicious. You can leave this out if desired too.
  • White chocolate chips: We love this extra bit of white chocolate flavor in each bite of the fudge. Plus it adds great texture.
  • Holiday sprinkles: Any seasonal sprinkles you already have or like work great!

Expert Tips

  • You’ll want to microwave the sugar cookie mix before stirring it into the fudge. This actually “cooks” the flour so it isn’t raw in the fudge. Be sure to cool completely before mixing into the base.
  • Make sure you are cooking the ingredients over medium-low or low heat. The ingredients in the fudge melt together best when you go low and slow.
  • Chill the fudge for at least 4 hours. This will guarantee it will set perfectly to make the best chewy consistency.
  • For easy cutting of the fudge, lightly grease your chef’s knife with cooking spray. This will make for precise cuts and perfect squares.

Storage

Keep any leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks (just store in the fridge in an airtight container or zip-top bag.) For this reason, it’s the perfect make ahead dessert and is also ideal for gifting during the holiday season!

You can freeze the fudge as well, we just can’t guarantee that when it thaws it will be the same consistency.
