Perfect Presentation Platters
This Caesar Tortellini Salad looks dee-lish in just about anything! Our Amazon storefront is full of options, and we also love these finds:
Large Serving Bowls: For a wooden serving bowl, you could go with this beautiful option from Amazon or this Wooden Serving Bowl from JC Penney (that’s on sale!)
For more great options, this covered bowl with spoons from Walmart is a great price and perfect for larger recipes, as well as this pretty blue melamine bowl for only $9! You may also love this beautiful stoneware bowl.

Kitchen Links: I get asked all the time about the products in the background of my kitchen. Much of it is from MacKenzie-Childs, which I have slowly grown a collection of over the years! My favorites are my black and white checkered teapot, and the gray and white checkered utensil holder. I also have this enamel canister that you can find in small, medium, or large.
Can I Prep This in Advance?
If you’re making your own dressing, you can definitely prep it several days in advance and store in the refrigerator. (We like to use a mason jar!) You can also cook the tortellini and chicken several hours in advance and store in the refrigerator if you prefer a chilled salad.
Be sure to wait to apply the dressing to your Caesar Tortellini Salad until closer to serving time so the lettuce doesn’t get soggy.

Storing Leftover Caesar Tortellini Salad
If you have any leftovers, transfer to a Ziploc bag or Tupperware container and refrigerate, where it should stay fresh for 2-3 days. We also love to put this in a sandwich wrap!
