How to Make a Malibu Pink Lemon Martini

This Malibu Pink Lemon Martini is the perfect drink for a girl’s night out! 💓🎀 The @empress1908gin gives this martini the most beautiful pink color!

If you haven’t tried Empress Gin, it’s my favorite gin to use not only because of its great taste but also because how it changes color depending on what you mix it with! This deep indigo hue changes to bright lavender, soft pink, or fuchsia!

Perfect Presentation Platters

This Malibu Pink Lemon Martini is sooo pretty in just about anything! Here are some of our favorite products, all for a great price!

Cocktail Glasses: I used these pretty cocktail glasses, which are $25 for a 4-pack! There are so many great deals on coupe glasses, like these with a Gold Rim from World Market or these  colorful coupe glasses that are on sale for $50 for a set of six.

Martini Shakers: Amazon has a great Martini Shaker Set that’s available in copper, gold, black, or silver for $23!

Wooden Serving Board: I love this large wooden platter from Target that is so cute, especially the handy double handles. If you’re looking to add to a collection, Antique Hardware has this set of 3 that I get so much use out of. I also use this rectangular tray all the time. (Both at a great price!)

Kitchen Links: I get asked all the time about the products in the background of my kitchen. Much of it is from MacKenzie-Childs, which I have slowly grown a collection of over the years! My favorites are this checkered chopping board, my black and white checkered teapot, and the gray and white checkered utensil holder. I also have this enamel canister that you can find in small, medium, or large.

Can I Prep This Malibu Pink Lemon Martini in Advance?

We love saving time, but these should be made relatively close to serving time so they are fresh and cold. However, you can definitely prep the lemon twists in advance and store in the refrigerator.

Storing Leftovers

Since these martinis are made one-at-a-time, there shouldn’t be many leftovers and it’s best to discard any remaining cocktails down the drain.
