A festive and easy dessert for kids to celebrate St Patricks Day. These St Patrick’s Day Pudding Cups are a fun simple dessert you can make with your kids!
I wanted to create a fun and really easy dessert for St. Patrick’s day this year. My kids loved the dirt cups I did for Earth Day last year so I made a St. Patrick’s Day version! The lucky gold coin really completes this dessert creating something festive and fun.
ST PATRICK’S DAY PUDDING CUPS
St Patrick’s Day Pudding Cups have layers of vanilla pudding (died green), pieces of OREO cookies and lucky charms! These were so easy to make, even Oliver had fun helping me in the kitchen!
What You Need
- Vanilla Pudding Mix
- Green Food Die
- Oreo Cookies
- Lucky Charms Cereal
- Gold Chocolate Coin
- Make the vanilla pudding according to the package directions. Add the green food coloring when you add the milk to the pudding mix.
- Crush about a half a bag of OREO cookies into bite size pieces.
- Add mixtures to cups or glass jars. First add a small layer of green pudding, next add crushed Oreos, another layer of green pudding and top with Lucky Charm Cereal.
- Add a gold chocolate coin for a fun twist!
These easy Pudding cups are super simple and my kids LOVED it!! Next on the blog I will be sharing more St Patricks’ day ideas! I can’t wait to make Shamrock shakes and put together a festive dessert board!
