How to Make Caramel Apple Bites
🍏🍎 These Caramel Apple Bites are so sweet, salty, crunchy and delicious!! They are so simple to make for a quick party dessert or an after-school snack!

Ingredients
You only need 3 ingredients for these Caramel Apple Bites, plus optional toothpicks!
- 2 Green Apples
- 1 pkg. Mini Pretzel Twists
- 1 pkg. Rolo Candy
- Toothpicks

To make these cube-shaped apples, I cut in thicker slices, then cut those in half.

Directions
- Preheat oven to 250 degrees.
- On a baking sheet, lay out pretzels in a single layer and place a Rolo candy on each pretzel.
- Put these in the oven for about 3-4 minutes, or until the candy is soft but not melted.
- Chop the apple in small chunks. Squeeze a little lemon juice on them if you would like to help keep from turning brown.
- Place one apple on the end of a toothpick and push into one of the Rolo pretzels. Repeat until all the Rolo pretzels have apples.
- Enjoy! 🍏❤️🍏

Here’s a Quick Video Tutorial!
Perfect Presentation Platters
White Platters: For a look like my white platter and a handy option you could use all year, I used this set of two white porcelain platters. If you’d prefer a marble look, this white marble pastry board from World Market is beautiful. For a less expensive option, this faux white marble tray from Walmart is also a great choice!
Pumpkin Platters: For an individual serving dish, how cute are this white pumpkin salad plates? This Pottery Barn Jack-O-Lantern serving platter is also adorable, as well as this wooden pumpkin board from World Market. This small Pumpkin Bowl from Michael’s is also adorable as added decor, (or for stashing candy!)

Wooden Trays: This round Charcuterie Board from Walmart is fantastic and at a great price, as well as this rectangular version, both at an amazing price. You could also get so much use out of this wooden Lazy Susan from Target! If you prefer a lighter wood color, you could go with this Mango Wash wooden board or this Marble and Wood combo board as well.
Kitchen Links: I get asked all the time about the products in the background of my kitchen. Much of it is from MacKenzie-Childs, which I have slowly grown a collection of over the years! My favorites are this checkered chopping board, my black and white checkered teapot, and the gray and white checkered utensil holder. I also have this enamel canister that you can find in small, medium, or large.

Can I Make These Ahead of Time?
You can definitely prep the Rolos and the pretzels, but I’d recommend chopping the apples until close to serving time so they don’t turn brown.

Storing Leftover Caramel Apple Bites
I like to place any leftovers in a Tupperware container and store in the fridge, where they should stay fresh for 2-3 days. You can also cover the platter with Saran Wrap before refrigerating.

Enjoy!
