How to Create a Fun Halloween S’mores Board!
Our Halloween S’mores Board features festive Halloween Peeps, gooey marshmallows, and a variety of chocolates—all set up with a tabletop fire pit for easy roasting. The ultimate spooky snack station for the kids (and adults!) 🙂
Ingredients
You can fill your Halloween S’mores Board with any of your favorite goodies! I got most of mine from Walmart, but the seasonal aisle of your grocery store should also have plenty of options! I linked the products I used below for easy shopping for you:
- Jet-Puff Marshmallows
- Brach’s Candy Corn
- Reese’s Jack-O’-Lantern Peanut Butter Cups
- Reese’s Bat Peanut Butter Cups
- Reese’s White Cream Peanut Butter Ghosts
- Reese’s Vanilla Werewolf Tracks
- Ghiradelli Pumpkin Spice Caramel
- Ghiradelli Caramel Waffle Cone Chocolates
- Ghiradelli Chocolate Assortment
- Ghiradelli Milk Chocolate with Caramel
- Halloween Peeps
Directions
There is no right or wrong way to set up your Halloween S’mores Board! Here’s what I usually do but you really can’t go wrong:
- If using a tabletop firepit, place it in the middle.
- Use parchment paper as a base.
- Place Marshmallows on one side and chocolates on the other side with graham crackers in the middle.
- Fill in any empty spaces with Candy Corns. Enjoy!

Perfect Presentation Platters
Tabletop Firepit: You definitely don’t need a firepit to make a fun Halloween S’mores Board, but I’ve been super happy with mine! Amazon has this Tabletop Firepit for under $18, or Sharper Image has an electric option (just be careful with little hands touching the stovetop.)
For a larger firepit to keep outside, we love our Solo Stove Smokeless Firepit from Walmart!
Roasting Sticks: I also used these Marshmallow Roasting Sticks from Amazon. Here is another great option as well!
Rectangular Trays: If you’d like a rectangular wooden tray, this wooden version from Target is great, as well as this beautiful choice from Etsy. Amazon also has another great option with handles here! Walmart has a beautiful smaller version with handles!
Round Trays: If you’d prefer a round tray, I’d recommend this round wooden Target tray, which I get so much use out of year-round! For a higher-end round tray, I love my MacKenzie-Childs checkered party tray. If you’d prefer some glitz, you could also go with this Gold Metal Party Tray from Walmart at a great price!
Can I Prep This Halloween S’mores Board in Advance?
Absolutely! It’s especially easy to set out the wrapped chocolate up to a few days in advance. Just wait to unwrap the marshmallows until closer to serving time so they don’t get stale.
Storing Leftovers
I recommend storing the extra goodies in Ziploc bags and keep at room temperature. The best part is that you can use any leftover chocolates as Halloween candy!
Enjoy!
