Perfect Presentation Platters

You could really use anything for your Grilled Cheese and Tomato Soup presentation, from wooden serving boards to platters. Here are some of my favorites!

Pumpkin Serving Bowl: I used a dish just like this Hocus Pocus Pumpkin Serving Bowl. World Market also has this adorable Pumpkin Cookie Jar with a lid that would also work! Pottery Barn also has this White Stoneware Tureen with a serving ladle. Kirklands also has a pretty white pumpkin option here!

Individual Pumpkin Bowls: Pottery Barn has this adorable Set of 4 Pumpkin Bowls with lids that I looooove. (They come in orange or white!) For a more budget-friendly option, Kirklands has a white set of 4 on clearance for $10!

Food Boards: I used my Round Tray from Target that I get so much use out of! I also love this White Reclaimed Wood Pizza Board and this Lazy Susan version that is so convenient. For a higher-end round tray, I love my MacKenzie-Childs checkered party tray.

Rectangular Trays: If you’d like a rectangular wooden tray, this wooden version from Target is great, as well as this beautiful choice from Etsy. Walmart has a beautiful smaller version with handles! Finally, Amazon has this gorgeous charcuterie board (with a knife set!) as well as this acacia rectangular serving board.

Halloween Serving Platters: For some other fun Halloween serving boards, you may love this cute Jack-O’-Lantern platter or this Stoneware Ghost Platter (both from Pottery Barn), as well as this Marble Ghost Cheese Board (for a smaller version) from World Market. I also use this spooky coffin-shaped platter and wooden pumpkin cheese board all the time!

Halloween Kitchen Links: You can find my favorite Haunted House Cookie Jar at Pottery Barn! I also love these elegant MacKenzie-Childs Striped Pumpkins set or her Boo Pumpkins Set, which is a bit less expensive.

Can I Prep This Grilled Cheese and Tomato Soup in Advance?

That’s what I love about Crockpots! You can get the Tomato Soup cooking and go about your day. Since this is best served warm, you can keep it warm in the crockpot until you are ready to serve.

Storing Leftovers

For leftover Tomato Soup, you can either transfer to a Tupperware container or cover the original serving bowl with Saran Wrap. Store in the refrigerator, where it should stay fresh for about 3 days. To reheat, place in microwave for 30-second intervals, stirring in between intervals until you reach desired heat.

For any grilled cheese leftovers, store in a Tupperware container or Ziploc Bag and refrigerate. Breadsticks can be kept at room temp!

Enjoy!
