I always get a little sad when Christmas comes to an end, but planning for New Year’s Eve helps gives me something to look forward to! These champagne Jell-O squares were so easy to make and only require a few ingredients. I love how they are a classier version than a typical Jell-O shot (without a college party connotation!)

Can I Make These Ahead of Time?

Yes! These will need several hours to set, so I’d recommend the night before. They will stay fresh for 3-7days ahead of time; just keep refrigerated. Same goes for leftovers!

Perfect Presentation Platters

These champagne Jell-O squares would look cute on almost anything!

Trays: I always try to select products that are practical and can be used again and again. To tie in more gold, this gold hammered serving tray is gorgeous and could be used for many other occasions. This gold-rimmed marble tray from World Market or this similar style from JC Penney would also be beautiful!

For an all-white option, this white marble pastry board is my favorite! Walmart also has a marble tray for an amazing price!
