We are obsessing over this quick and easy  Patriotic Ice cream Sandwich . It is so incredibly easy but super festive making it the perfect  4th of July dessert this summer.

Patriotic ice cream sandwich

You only need 2 ingredients: no mess and absolutely no baking involved! If you love an easy but festive idea, then you are going to love this recipe (if you can even call it that 🤪)

As a child, I loved ice cream sandwiches! They were always such a treat! This time we are making them extra patriotic with festive sprinkles! They are sure to be a big hit… especially with kids!

Kids and adults alike will love this fun treat. These festive ice cream sandwiches are SO easy that the kids can make them themselves! Put a stick inside each sandwich to make them more fun and also less messy!!!

How to make 4th of July Ice cream sandwiches

Let’s get started making this easy 4th of July Dessert.

Ingredients

How to make 4th of July ice cream sandwiches:

  1. Unwrap each ice cream sandwich one at a time.
  2. Place the festive sprinkles into a small bowl.
  3. Place the ice cream sandwich down into the sprinkles with the ice cream facing down so the sprinkles stick to the ice cream. Repeat for all four sides.
  4. Place a lollipop stick into the middle of each Ice cream sandwich.
  5. Put the ice cream sandwich back into the freezer to freeze again if needed.
  6. Serve when you are ready and enjoy!
