Tips for A Beautiful Christmas Charcuterie Board!
🎄✨ Simple, festive, and full of flavor—this easy Christmas Charcuterie Board is the perfect addition to your holiday spread. 🎄🧀
Ingredients
This is really up to you depending on your own preferences! Here’s what I added to my Christmas Charcuterie Board:
- 4 balls of fresh burrata cheese
- 32 slices of prosciutto (about 8 slices per ball)
- 32 slices of salami
- 4 medium-sized tomatoes, cut into wedges
- 20-25 fresh basil leaves
- 1 cup toasted almonds
- 20-25 Ferrero Rocher chocolates
- Olive oil (optional, for drizzling)
- Sea salt and cracked black pepper (for seasoning)
Directions
You can play with the “layers” or the ornament for what works best for you! Here’s how I started:
If you need a nut-free option, you can swap out the nuts for pretzels.
The Burrata cheese is my favorite part of this board! It’s so light, creamy, and flavorful.

Perfect Presentation Platters
This Christmas Charcuterie Ornament looks great on so many different options! You can also tie a ribbon to a handle to make a cute bow (or just set it next to the board if it doesn’t have a handle.)
Circle Platter: I used my favorite White Reclaimed Wood Pizza Platter from Pottery Barn! I also use this Oversized Circular Serving Board all the time! There is also a similar Lazy Susan version that is so convenient.
Holiday Links: I get asked all the time about my favorite kitchen decor for the holidays, so I linked my favorites for you!
- The illuminated Christmas Village Cookie Jar is from Mac-Kenzie Childs. For a less-expensive option, I also love her Gingerbread House Cookie Jar.
- For another adorable cookie jar, I also adore this Gingerbread House and Gingerbread Man Platter (both from Pottery Barn.)
- The Nutcracker Cookie Jar is from Mac-Kenzie-Childs (and makes a great gift!) My checkered rug is also MacKenzie-Childs.
- The Christmas Tree shaped cutting board is from Antique Farmhouse!
- I also love my Candle Warming Lamp for jar candles as a flameless option for scented candles!
- If you’re looking for a Christmas sign, I love my adorable red Santa’s Bakery sign from Etsy!
Can I Prep This in Advance?
Yes! You can wash and chop the veggies and even assemble the board in advance and store in the fridge. However, transporting it in and out of the refrigerator might be tricky, so I prefer to assemble it right before serving time since it’ so quick to put together.
Storing Leftovers
Place any perishable leftovers (such as tomatoes, basil, and burrata in Tupperware container or Ziploc Bags and store in the refrigerator, where it should stay fresh for several days. Any dry ingredients (such as candies, pretzels, or nuts) can be stored at room temperature.
