Am I the only one that seems to always have over ripe bananas? Im constantly trying to find new recipes to use them in. Today I am sharing one of my all time favorite ways to use over ripe bananas: healthy banana breakfast cookies. I make these all the time! Not only because they are easy to make but because they are also full of fiber, made of bananas and are cookies that you wont feel guilty indulging in!
These cookies are by far the easiest cookie recipe I have ever made, and they also taste amazing! I promise your house will smell like freshly baked chocolate chip cookies, each warm cookie oozes with melty chocolate goodness. Luckily, these are equally delicious and super healthy!

You can also add in raisins, peanut butter, protein powder of whatever you desire!
