How to Make a Delicious Crescent Roll Carrot

This Breakfast Crescent Roll Carrot is packed with scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, and Kraft Shredded Cheddar Cheese—all wrapped up in buttery crescent dough for the perfect golden finish. Top it with fresh parsley to give it that carrot charm, and you’ve got a fun, savory treat for your next brunch or party.

Who says carrots can’t be cheesy? 🧀🥕This dish is a total crowd-pleaser!

Ingredients:

  • 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 6 large eggs
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup Kraft shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp water
  • Fresh parsley sprigs

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder.
  3. Scramble eggs in skillet over medium heat
  4. Unroll crescent dough and arrange triangles into a large carrot shape, press seams together.
  5. Spread scrambled eggs over dough, top with bacon and shredded cheddar cheese.
  6. Fold dough edges over filling, sealing the crescent.
  7. Beat 1 egg with 1 tbsp water. Brush over dough
  8. Bake for 18-22 mins, or until golden
  9. Let cool slightly and garnish with fresh parsley sprigs.
  10. Slice and serve warm.

Can I Prep This Crescent Roll Carrot in Advance?

Yes! You can prep this several hours in advance and store in the fridge. We’d just recommend not doing the egg wash until you are read to bake so it doesn’t get too soggy.

Storing Leftovers

Place any leftover Crescent Roll Carrot pieces in a Ziploc Bag or Tupperware container and store in the fridge, where it should stay fresh for several days.
