How to Make an Easy and Elegant Easter Breakfast Board

Sharing is caring!

This Easter Breakfast Board is such an easy and cute idea for Easter morning or gatherings! I love a fun and simple breakfast option after the Easter bunny comes!

Ingredients

  • Pancakes: We used mini frozen pancakes but you can also make your own pancakes if you’d like!
  • Fruit: Such as pineapples, watermelon, cantaloupe, grapes, strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, or kiwis.
  • Syrup (optional)

Directions

  1. Cook the mini pancakes according to pancake directions.
  2. Arrange the mini pancakes in the middle of a serving board in the shape of a cross. You’ll need more or less depending on the size of your gathering.
  3. Arrange fruit around the pancake cross. I prefer to start with larger piece of fruit (such as watermelon or grapes,) then fill in with smaller pieces (such as blueberries or blackberries.)

Tip: You can use cookie cutters to cut fruit into cute shapes, like bunnies or flowers to add an extra touch to your Easter Dessert Board.

Perfect Presentation Platters

You can arrange your Easter Breakfast Board on just about anything, from platters to trays to serving boards. Here is what I used!

Serving Board: I used a board just like this White Reclaimed Wood Pizza Board for my tray! It’s a bit of a splurge from Potter Barn, so you may also love this adorable $15 version from Walmart! I also use this Oversized Circular Serving Board all the time! There is also a similar Lazy Susan version that is so convenient.

Easter Trays: JC Penney has the cutest Easter trays! They also have these adorable 4-piece set. For individual platers, these bunny plates are absolutely adorable!

Kitchen Links: I get asked all the time about the products in the background of my kitchen. Much of it is from MacKenzie-Childs, which I have slowly grown a collection of over the years! My favorites are my black and white checkered teapot, and the gray and white checkered utensil holder. I also have this enamel canister that you can find in smallmedium, or large.

Can I Prep This Easter Breakfast Board Ahead of Time?

Absolutely! You can wash and cute the fruit up to a couple of days before (just store in the fridge.) I find the pancakes are best made fresh (or heated up from the freezer, in my case!) 🙂

I used a bunny cookie cutter for the pineapple and watermelon and a smaller flower cutter for the cantaloupe!

Storing Leftovers

You can store any leftover pancakes in a Ziploc Bag or Tupperware container and keep in the fridge, where they should be fresh for 2-3 days. I prefer to store fruit in a Tupperware container and keep refrigerated.
