Simple Steps for A Stunning Steak Grazing Board!
This Steak Grazing Board may look complex but is actually SO easy! You can cook the perfect steak, chicken or fish EVERY single time using the Tastee Air Fryer. It’s seriously like magic and even my husband is obsessed!

I love how this Steak Grazing Board makes a beautiful yet simple option year-round for so many different occasions!

Suggested Ingredients
This is really up to you! Here are my favorite choices:
- Steak (I used one steak but you can use more or less depending on how much you need.)
- Baguette slices (or bread slices, garlic bread, rolls, crackers, etc.)
- Caprese Salad (Basil leaves, tomato slices, and mozzarella slices drizzled with vinaigrette dressing.) I like using small cookie cutters to make fun shapes with the mozzarella!)
- Potatoes or fries
- Asparagus
- Baked Brie
- Dipping sauces, such as Béarnaise sauce, Teriyaki sauce, Salsa Verde, or Cowboy Butter.

Directions
- For the Steak using the Tastee Air Fryer – The Tastee uses the Smart Probe to take the guesswork out of cooking with dual sensors to measure the temperature precisely! Just insert the smart probe into the meat, select the specific meat cut on the dashboard, and select the desired doneness. So EASY!
- Prepare preferred sides following their respective directions.
- Arrange on a wooden serving board or platter.
- I prefer to place the steak in the middle of the board, surrounded by the sides. Tip: Start with the larger items (such as a Caprese Salad or baguette section, then fill in the remaining spaces with smaller sides, such as cherry tomatoes or potatoes.)

Perfect Presentation Platters
I love how pretty food boards look, where the food is the shining star and you don’t need fancy or expensive platters to make an impact. Here are some of my favorite options!
Air Fryers: I love the Tastee Air Fryer so much! Other great options are this 6-quart pink Air Fryer from Walmart or this 8-quart black Air Fryer from Target.

Wooden Serving Board: I used this large wooden platter from Target that is so cute, especially the handy double handles. If you’re looking to add to a collection, Antique Hardware has this set of 3 that I get so much use out of. I also use this rectangular tray all the time. (Both at a great price!)
Round Trays: If you’d prefer a round tray, I’d recommend this round wooden Target tray, which I get so much use out of year-round! For a higher-end round tray, I love my MacKenzie-Childs checkered party tray.
Kitchen Links: I get asked all the time about the products in the background of my kitchen. Much of it is from MacKenzie-Childs, which I have slowly grown a collection of over the years! My favorites are this checkered chopping board that I used for this recipe, my black and white checkered teapot, and the gray and white checkered utensil holder. I also have this enamel canister that you can find in small, medium, or large.

Can I Prep This Steak Grazing Board Ahead of Time?
Yes! I like to wash the veggies and cut if need be, such as the tomatoes and asparagus. You can also cut the mozzarella slices, baguettes, and prepare the steak dipping sauces in their containers. The steak, potatoes, and baked brie are best served warm right after they are cooked.

Storing Leftovers
I prefer to use Tupperware containers so my food stays fresh the longest, but you can definitely use Saran Wrap, foil, or Ziploc bags to store leftovers. Keep in the fridge, where they should stay fresh for 2-3 days.

Enjoy!
I hope this Steak Grazing Board can provide a helpful option for parties, date nights, or a cozy dinner at home. For more ideas, I think you’ll also love Healthy Crockpot Fiesta Chicken, this One-Pan Easy Caprese Chicken, or this Simpe Build-Your-Own Taco Bar.
